Inclusive environment
Our nursery is designed to be welcoming and accessible for all children. We adapt activities, resources and routines so every child can take part, learn and feel a sense of belonging.
Our SENCO
Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) works closely with staff, parents and external professionals to identify needs early and put the right support in place.
Individual support plans
When a child needs extra help, we create a tailored plan with clear goals. We review progress regularly with families and adjust support as children grow and develop.
Working together
We believe partnership with parents is essential. We listen to your knowledge of your child, share observations and work alongside speech therapists, health visitors, occupational therapists and other specialists when needed.
